Full Film -Papa

In Eureka, California, a mother takes care of her father, who is living with dementia. During her short visit, she brings food and reminders to take his medicine, as well as medical documents. Tough times and difficult conversations are approached with care and compassion throughout this short film.

Director Biography - Claiborne Martell

Claiborne Martell is a high school junior in the Bay Area. She has made two short documentaries, one about the Equal Rights Amendment (The E.R.A. of Change) and one about her grandfather (Papa). She cares deeply about social justice issues and hopes to make more films in the future.
